Rebecca Chen specializes in domestic and foreign trademark law. Her practice includes trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling and enforcement. Rebecca counsels businesses across a wide range of industries from start-ups to large multinational corporations. Her experience includes providing strategic advice for brand protection and development for foreign clients. Rebecca currently serves on the Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association, as Chair of CLA’s International Interest Group, as Vice Chair of the Global Dossier Subcommittee of the 103 Committee of the ABA, Co-Chair of the IP Section of the Palo Alto Areal Bar Association, and on the US-Bar-JPO Liaison Council. Prior to joining Kenja IP, Rebecca served as the foreign counsel liaison of a prestigious Japanese law firm, counseling US clients on securing and maintaining IP protection in Japan.
